I just had a window of opportunity before the family starts a movie so I decided to change outfits on my dolls. I have been one of the Felicity owners not very happy with her traveling gown. Anyway, I took people's advice and put her shift on first, and she looks absolutely stunning! Also, I think the best investment anybody with a Felicity can make is purchasing her undergarments to get the pocket hoops. When I first purchased the traveling gown she didn't yet have her undergarments (what a difference they make!).
I think I can live quite nicely with this dress even with the material it's made of.
Thank you to those who gave the recommendation of putting her shift under this particular gown!!

I'm so glad this outfit worked out for you and Felicity! It is my all time favorite Felicity outfit. I just love that pretty color on her.

I'm glad you like the Traveling Gown now. I've always liked the dress, but haven't tried it with the undergarments. Felicity is my daughter's doll so I usually stay away from her. We got the undergarments, but she doesn't like to have Felicity wear them. We'll have to try the Traveling Gown with the undergarments now to see the difference.

I'm glad you like the Traveling Gown! It's one of my fave's on Lissie. I couldn't get her shift to fit underneath it, though. The skirt on mine just kind of puffs out on it's own. But I do want to get her undergarments sometime.

I love the way the undergarments poof out Felicity's skirts. I am glad you like the outfit better now. Why does the shift improve its look?

My daughter has the traveling gown. I'm glad the shift made the gown look nicer on Felicity. In some cases, undergarments do help.
